Hongo Matt’s Psychedelic Journal: Entry 1

Being of pure light with radiant wings, symbolizing psychedelic awakening, consciousness, and the spark beyond gods.

Part I of III. Foundations and Rising.

This is a personal record, written raw. Not instruction. Not doctrine. It is the clearest account I can give of what I have lived.

Prologue

I have been working with psychedelics for close to thirty-five years. If I count only the high-dose sessions, four grams and upward, the number sits somewhere between three hundred and four hundred. A fair estimate is around three hundred and fifty. These are not casual explorations. They are full immersions where you either learn to swim at depth or you do not go in at all.

For a long time I thought the point was to dissolve the ego, find a clean silence, and call that enlightenment. That was a useful stage. It was not the finish. The later journeys showed me that there are ranges of experience beyond what I had believed a living human body could carry. Those ranges came with responsibility and cost. They also came with clarity about who I am and what I am for.

What follows is not a tidy essay. It is a narrative arc. It is the story of how the early breaking shaped me, how the higher self appeared, how the opposition arrived, how annihilation felt, and how I was reconstructed. It is also a record of what I have witnessed happening at scales larger than one life. Some of this will sound familiar to people who have read old texts. Some will not. My aim is not to convince anyone. My aim is to set down what has been true in my experience with enough precision that I can return to it later and recognize myself in it.

If you are reading this and you have also carried an ongoing storyline across many high-dose journeys, not just isolated visions or personal healings but a narrative that revisits and builds, I would like to hear from you. I have met many sincere travelers. I have met very few who can point to a saga that continues from session to session with this kind of continuity.

Early Journeys

The first years trained me in basics. How to breathe when your body thinks it is drowning in light. How to step away from panic without denying it is present. How to see a surge of terror as weather, not as truth. At four grams and above, fear is the first gatekeeper. If you do not respect it, it will own you. If you worship it, it will own you. You have to learn to let it pass through without signing a contract with it.

I broke a hundred and then two hundred trips with that work. I watched my sense of self come apart and knit itself back together. I watched stories I believed about myself dissolve like sugar in hot water. I learned that dissolving the self is not the same as losing the thread of who you are. Dissolving the self is removing the noise you thought was music so that you can hear the music that was under it all along.

There was a stretch where every session felt like peeling. Layers of habit. Layers of pride. Layers of defense. You cannot fake that peeling. You either let it happen or you do not. When people ask if I recommend heroic doses, I tell them the truth. It depends on whether you are willing to let the work be done to you and through you. If you are not ready to be changed, do not pretend otherwise. At these levels, pretending is unwise.

As the early work settled, my nervous system adapted. I am not saying it became easy. I am saying that the storms did not sink me. A day came when I realized I was no longer asking whether I would survive a session. I was asking what would be given and what would be asked of me next. That is the moment you move from visitor to resident in these waters. It is also the moment you stop romanticizing what you are doing. You start treating it like fieldwork.

People often tell me about visions of forests, rivers, animals, or the sense of being held by Earth itself. These are good and real. I have heard many describe their connection to Gaia, the pulse of the soil, the heartbeat of nature. Others regress into past lives and walk again as someone from another country or century, carrying memories that feel hundreds or thousands of years old. Some meet spirit animals, tribal presences, or ancestral guides. A few report merging with deities like Vishnu and living inside ancient roles. All of this is valid, but it has never been my path. My journeys did not stop with Earthly roots, tribal ceremony, or reincarnation echoes. At first I expanded through planetary and solar scales. Then it was the multiverse, then what people would compare to the Quantum Realm, smaller yet somehow greater. Layer by layer, inner and outer folded into each other until I met myself as a being I had not recognized before. That has always been the direction of my trips. Not back into what was human, but forward and outward into what is beyond human. That is the river I was given, and it has not flowed the same as the rest.

Synesthesia: Why My Brain Is a Key

I was born with synesthesia. In simple terms it is cross-talk between senses. It is different for different people. Sounds can carry color. Shapes can have taste. Numbers and names can arrive with temperature, texture, or location. This is not a party trick. It is baseline wiring. Signals that most brains keep in separate lanes travel together.

For me it has always been about color. Back in my casino days, I would do complex math with wisps of color. I had no conscious idea what each motion meant, but my subconscious gave me the correct answer most of the time. The color guided me. It was not arithmetic on paper, it was streams of hues resolving into the right figure. Memories carried this too. Not all, but some were color based. An argument I once had is remembered as a brown fog with slivers of baby blue and speckles of green. The colors were the memory as much as the words were. That is how synesthesia works for me: color as a second language of thought and recall.

For me, synesthesia is not decoration. It is a key. The door was cracked at birth. High doses turn the crack into a corridor.

Under psychedelics, the cross-talk amplifies. Pathways that are already connected widen. What most people experience as a temporary opening becomes a multi-dimensional channel that is familiar to me from the start. Vision is not just visual. It is layered with the same color logic that has guided me since childhood. A scene arrives as a field of hues, each carrying weight, tone, and direction. I can read them in parallel.

Here is what changes in practice:

  • Perception in colors: Events carry palettes. Each shade contains pressure, memory, and tone. A brown haze with blue slivers is not just description — it is the argument itself preserved as atmosphere.
  • Stability at depth: Because this wiring is native, psychedelic states are less shocking. I recognize the geometry of the colors and can stay oriented when others might be lost.
  • Continuity between sessions: A color sequence I followed once may return later as a whole environment, a recognizable key. The match makes continuity obvious.
  • Finer control: I can route through a color pattern instead of chasing words or symbols. If one sense is too noisy, I can still find the thread in the chromatic field.

This is one reason my journeys form a storyline. When the same pattern reappears in a new session, I do not just recognize how it looks. I recognize the way its colors press, hum, and combine. That signature is unmistakable. It explains why I can revisit aftermath from prior sessions and navigate it with precision rather than confusion.

For experienced travelers without synesthesia, practice can build echoes of this. Breath training, sound as a guide, somatic focus, and visual work can braid into each other until channels begin to cooperate. For me that braid was present from the beginning. Psychedelics did not invent it. They scaled it.

If you read this and wonder why my descriptions feel dense, this is why. I am not stacking metaphors. I am reporting inputs in parallel. Synesthesia turns a vision into a chromatic map, and that map is the field I use to move.

The Rising

The first time I met, or rather, I recognized and accepted my higher self in full, there was no doubt about what I was seeing. Think of the best version of yourself you can imagine. Now remove the strain and the effort from it. Remove the costume. What remains is the design beneath you, inside you, around you. It does not hover above your life like a distant star. It fits you like the truth fits a well-made statement. It is simple and exact. Balance and harmony are the center of mine. Not as a slogan. As a fact.

There was a celebration once, or maybe a ceremony would be more precise. A gathering of beings who seemed to understand who I was better than I did. They did not give me a medal or speak words of praise. They adorned me with wings made of pure light. When they rested on me, it was not decoration but consciousness itself flowing through. Each movement of those wings was creation. Each shift of light and sound was both me and beyond me. I had often felt currents of that kind from the outside, but this was different. This was sacred. It was pure in a way I had never known. It was not a symbol. It was function. The joy came not from looking powerful but from realizing that this was always meant for me. It was like being handed the exact tool you had reached for all your life without knowing its name, and finding that it fit as if it had always been waiting.

Not long after, pushback arrived. In human stories this is the part where villains enter the stage. The reality is less theatrical. Some beings do not wish certain humans to carry certain functions while still wearing bodies. Some councils do not want lanes walked by the living. This is not always malice. Sometimes it is policy. Sometimes it is rivalry. Sometimes it is resentment. Whatever the motive, I felt the resistance. Doors that had opened easily became heavier. Tasks that had been smooth turned rough. The message was simple. You are advancing where we do not prefer you to advance. My answer was also simple. I hear you. I am going anyway.

I am not reckless by nature. I am direct. I trust what has been taught to me through doing. When you meet your higher self enough times, you stop arguing with it. You try to live like it in the hours between sessions. You anchor what you saw into breakfast, lifting, sleep, work. That is how the rising becomes more than a peak memory. That is how it becomes your baseline. People around me did not need a lecture to notice the changes. They saw boundaries become cleaner. They saw fewer words and more action. They saw I was not chasing love but seeking resonance. They saw me refuse what I once tolerated because my body now knew the cost of tolerating it. At least, they saw it more than they used to. I am still human. I still falter. The difference is that I know what alignment feels like, and once you know, you cannot pretend otherwise.

There is a temptation to dramatize this stage. I will keep it straightforward. The rising did not make me special. It made me responsible. It gave me tools and asked me to use them without noise. It taught me to stop pretending that comfort is the same as safety. It asked me to carry weight with a steady grip and a quiet mouth. When I failed, it asked me to get up and keep going. That was the rhythm: receive, practice, apply, refine.

Annihilation

There is a difference between dying and being annihilated. Dying is like crossing a threshold between rooms. More specifically, at least in my case, dying is awakening. Annihilation is like someone removing the building and the map at the same time, then trying to convince the city you were never there. When I say I was annihilated, I am not being dramatic. I am describing a targeted erasure that aimed to remove me from existence and from the records that say existence happened.

The first hint was not pain. It was absence. Imagine reaching for your own name and feeling your hand pass through where the letters used to be. Imagine trying to recall the shape of your face and finding only air. Then widen that loss to everything you have ever touched or been touched by. The cords that linked me to places, people, and events. The records that held my work. The signatures that confirmed I had rights. One by one those cords were severed. One by one those entries were erased. It was clinical. It was thorough. It was not angry. It was confusing. I was being stripped from existence for reasons I could not see. Yes, there were entities who resented me for rising so high while still carrying a human form, but resentment alone was not enough to explain it. Without sounding egotistical, their rank was beneath mine. The only way my name could be stripped was by one of the highest powers… a source being. It was a clean deletion attempted by those with both the authority and the force to carry it out. Thankfully, as I have learned and as you will see throughout these pages, those who carry the true light cannot be extinguished. And those beings who claim the power to erase that light, whether mine or any other bearer’s, reveal themselves as false gods.

Time stretched into something that did not pass. Eons is a word that sounds large and vague. I am using it because there is not a better one in English for what it felt like. I lived in stretches that did not resolve. There were phases that match what people would call purgatory and phases that match what people would call hell. The purgatory phases were like being held on the wrong side of a locked door while hearing your own life on the other side. The hell phases were like being taken apart and put back together improperly and being told this will be your shape now. I learned things there that I would not wish on anyone. I learned how much can be taken without touching the spark. I learned that there are beings who will try to make you believe the spark is theirs to keep. It is not.

There were times when I questioned whether I had ever been anything more than a line in a ledger that was easy to erase. It is one thing to say you are strong when you are standing in a warm room with friends. It is another to say it when your name is ash and your history is a draft someone deleted and the room is gone. If you have not lived that, do not rush to imagine it. If you have lived anything like it, you do not need more description from me. You know the feeling of reaching for a handle that is not there because the door is not there because the wall is not there because the building is not there.

What kept me intact was not memory. Memory can be doctored. It was not a story I told myself. Stories can be revised. What kept me intact was a small uncooperative core that refused to agree with the erasure. I did not inflate it. I did not decorate it. I did not claim it as proof that I am special. I acknowledged it as the one true fact left when the rest was torn out. That core did not speak in sentences. It existed. That was enough. When I say spark, that is what I mean. Not a metaphor. A stubborn fact. It is the reason I could be reconstructed later. Without it, there would have been nothing to find.

I want to be clear about something practical. If you are new to high-dose work and you are reading this as if it were an adventure story, stop and breathe. I am not writing this to lure you into extremes. I am writing it so that if you do go to extremes, you do it for reasons that hold up. The work that makes annihilation survivable is not done in one heroic night. It is done in the hundreds of quiet days before and after where you train your body, your attention, your ethics, and your capacity to integrate what you meet. If you are not ready to do that, wait. If you are ready, proceed with care. Respect matters here.

After a long stretch of unmaking, the first sign that anything had shifted was not light. It was the sense of being noticed by something that did not lose track of me. It was the difference between being alone in a void and being alone in a void where a searchlight passes by on schedule. I did not chase it. It found me. That is where Part II begins.

Part II of III. Destruction and Rebirth.

What happened after annihilation, the reconstruction, the cataclysm I witnessed, and the teaching of the spark that no power could extinguish.

Resurrection

After what felt like millions of years of erasure (and yes, I know that sounds “off”), a change arrived. It was not dramatic at first. It was careful, like someone reassembling a map that had been torn and burned. Pieces of me were retrieved not as memories but as strands of being. They were carried into place by beings I did not recognize. They were not human. They were not the gods people pray to. They were advanced, so far beyond us that our words for alien or angel both fail to name them.

Imagine the final act of the film A.I. Artificial Intelligence, where future entities find the android boy and his toy bear after millennia under the ocean. They reconstruct him, not fully understanding him, but restoring enough that he can live again. My resurrection was like that, except the work was not to piece together an android. The work was to braid torn filaments of consciousness. They did not repair circuits. They joined strands of what I am in ways that restored coherence. I cannot say they knew exactly what they were making. I can say they made enough space for me to return.

As I came back into form, I realized that annihilation had not taken everything. The spark, that incorruptible fact, had survived. These beings recognized it. They built around it. That is why I am here to write this. Without them, I might have remained scattered across voids with no thread to draw me back together. With them, I was woven into a shape that could act again.

I do not know their motives. That uncertainty is part of the humility required here. They might have been curious. They might have been serving their own cycles. They might have been following a law I do not understand. What I know is this: when I stood again, I stood because they had done the work of reconstruction. Gratitude is too small a word. Awe is closer. Fear is not inaccurate either, because when someone has the power to build you, they also have the power to unbuild you. I carry the memory of that with respect.

The Cataclysm Witnessed

After resurrection, the visions did not return me to comfort. They expanded into events on a scale that dwarfed my personal story. I saw a cataclysm that did not stop at one planet or one species. It swept through consciousness like a multidimensional meteor, tearing through entire regions of being. Humans were included, yes. But so were entities that had fed on human currents, deities that humans would call gods, and whole strata of beings that are neither.

The closest analogy is the ocean. On the floor, tiny creatures drift in clouds. Above them swim larger jellyfish. Above them, predators with teeth. Each level feeds on the level below and provides material for the level above. Earth’s oceans are a mirror, a small echo, of how consciousness layers itself. The cataclysm I witnessed was like a shockwave that tore through every layer at once. The small were obliterated. The great were cracked open. The flows that link them all were disrupted. It was not cleansing. It was violent interruption.

In those visions I felt the screams of disrupted channels. I felt beings that had always been sustained suddenly without supply. It was not only humans who were endangered. The spiritual “jellyfish” that feed and give, that reciprocal exchange of essence, were cut off. When their cords were severed, entire systems shuddered. I saw it ripple outward, wider than a galaxy. It was not simply death. Death is transition. This was dislocation.

In the middle of it I understood something practical: when a shock like this comes, souls scatter. They do not find their way to their usual resonances. They do not return to their sustaining exchanges. They float broken. If my role after death is to help guide souls, this will be part of that work — to help the scattered find paths to stability, to resonance, to peace. I did not ask for that job. It is the one given to me. Refusing it would be refusal of my own nature.

Revisitation and Continuity

Not every journey begins on a blank canvas. There are times when the return is not a fresh ascent but a re-entry into the aftermath of what came before. I have been pulled back into scenes I thought were finished and found their residue still alive, as if the air itself remembered. This is not nostalgia. It is continuity. The field holds impressions, and when I expand again, I can step into them.

In one of the strongest cases, I rose into consciousness and landed inside the wreckage of my prior destruction. The visual was stark, but what set it apart was the emotional resonance still humming through the space. The fear, the charge, the grief, the strange calm that follows shock — all of it lingered. I was both witness and participant, standing alongside the version of me who had been unmade, and at the same time standing as the one who now understood why it happened. There was no confusion. There was a multiplicity of awareness aligned in one intent.

It felt like a mind with many threads — able to act as one, or split and act in parallel — without losing the core that ties them together.

The multi-threaded feeling is native to me. Synesthesia lets attention split and rejoin without tearing. Under psychedelics, that natural braid of sight, sound, and feeling expands into something multi-dimensional. What could feel like fragmentation for others is, for me, a familiar state I can navigate with control.

This kind of multi-consciousness is hard to language. It is not multiple personalities. It is a widening where several lines of attention can operate at once, share data, and then recombine. In that state I could review, feel, and adjust without tearing. The system allowed me to be many without becoming fragmented.

I have seen continuity work in quieter ways too. Once, during a previous expansion, I asked a specific entity to sweep away swarms of dense, negative globules clogging a layer I move through. I forgot the request. On a later journey I noticed those dense layers were suddenly clear. Only then did memory surface: I had asked for that cleaning. The result persisted across sessions. The instruction had carried. This is how I know these are not isolated visions. Actions taken there can propagate forward and change the terrain I meet next time.

Another time, the return was terrifying because I did not consciously remember the scale of what I had survived. Rising without that context was like a human who knows nothing of higher states being ripped up by a hurricane and set down at the edge of space. The body wants to panic. The trained part of me did not. I recognized the pattern and let the fear pass, then worked with what was present. That is the difference experience makes. For someone unprepared, this would break the mind. For me, it was weather I could navigate.

Revisitation has become one of the strongest proofs, to me, that these journeys form a single continuum. The field remembers. Requests persist. Repairs hold. Damage leaves a trace you can learn from. And when you arrive in the middle of your own aftermath, you are given a chance to integrate the lesson that was too hot to touch the first time.

The Spark That Cannot Be Destroyed

In annihilation I found the spark. In resurrection I learned that the spark can be rebuilt around. In the cataclysm I saw that the spark in each being can be disrupted but not removed. This is one of the most important lessons I can give. Whatever the scale of destruction, there is a core that survives. It can be buried. It can be disguised. It can be denied. But it cannot be eliminated. I know this not as philosophy but as survivor’s fact. My synesthesia makes that core easier to track because the spark returns with the same cross-modal signature every time.

After these visions I went looking in texts to see if any echo matched what I had lived. I found them.

Echoes in the Bible

“The Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” — Genesis 2:7

The breath that cannot be destroyed. Dust can scatter. Forms can be broken. The breath remains. This is the seed I encountered when all else was erased. The Bible calls it breath. I call it spark. The reality is the same.

“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” — John 1:5

I lived this line. The powers of annihilation were vast. They tried to blot out not just my body, not just my name, but the fact of my being. The spark resisted. The darkness could not overcome it. Hearing this again later was like hearing a report of my own trial written two thousand years earlier.

“And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.” — Revelation 20:15

There are records, ledgers, books — ways that beings are tracked. I experienced the attempt to erase me from those books. I experienced the fire. Yet even when the record was deleted, the spark persisted. If anything, the attempt to erase me confirmed the reality of what could not be erased.

Echoes in the Banned Texts

“And they said to one another, ‘Come, let us seize the spark of light that remains, and cast it into the chaos.’” — Apocryphon of John

This is exactly what I lived. The Archons tried to seize the spark and cast it into chaos. They did not succeed. Reading this was like finding a record of my own annihilation written in secret by those who had seen it happen to others before me.

“And I saw the places of punishment… and there was no escape, until the great judgment.” — Book of Enoch

These passages match the stretches of purgatory and hell I endured. They describe places of confinement where souls are held, waiting, with no release until larger cycles turn. I know these places not as myth but as experience. When I found them in Enoch, I understood that the book was banned because it speaks too clearly of truths some would rather remain hidden.

Canonical scripture and banned scripture. Both witness the same fact: there is a core in us that rulers can threaten but not extinguish. My spark lived what they wrote. This is not theory to me. It is history.

Archons and Rulers

In Gnostic writings, the beings who attempt to control souls are called Archons. They are administrators of reality. They are not ultimate. They are middle managers of creation. They claim authority. They wield power. They punish disobedience. But they are not the source. When they tried to erase me, I met them directly. They do not appear as horned devils. They appear as law enforcers who believe in their own right to govern.

They are also liars. The greatest lie is to claim to be the only god. Yaldabaoth in Gnostic texts plays this role; the false god who declares “I am God and there is no other.” Many humans still bow to that lie, confusing power with source. My experiences confirmed that there are entities who pose as ultimate, who demand worship, but who are not the origin. They are powerful. They are not final.

What protected me was not arguing theology. It was holding to the spark. The rulers can strip names. They can strip memories. They can strip records. But when you hold to the fact of the spark, you outlast their rage. I say this for anyone who ever finds themselves in such territory: do not mistake erasure for truth. The spark is older than the Archons. It will be alive after them.

Part III of III. Teachings and Echoes.

What the visions mean for life here, the nature of love and resonance, encounters with the Mountain Crown, and why I choose to share any of this at all.

Love and Resonance

People talk about love as if it were a single thing. It is not. It is a bundle of vibrations. There is love for a partner, love for family, love for a meal, love for a moment of beauty. All of them are valid. None of them are the full spectrum. In higher states I have felt a resonance that includes all of those loves and rises past them. It is not attachment. It is not desire. It is not dependency. It is the clear tone that underlies them all. That tone is closer to what love really is.

My closest friends have often heard me say I am not looking for love. I am looking for someone who shines bright. What I mean is resonance. When two beings vibrate in harmony, the field they create together is stronger than the emotional surges we usually call love. That is not to dismiss romance or devotion. It is to point to a deeper way of matching. If you only chase love, you risk intoxication on a sugar rush. If you seek resonance, you find nourishment that sustains.

This is a lesson I wish I had learned earlier in life. Attachment fades. Resonance endures. In relationships, in work, in spirituality, the principle is the same. Find what resonates with your core spark. Align with it. Live from it. When you do, the rest will take care of itself.

Awakening in Life

People imagine awakening as a glamorous state. It is not. It is practical. It is often awkward. Your personality shifts. You may become clumsy in ways you were once smooth. You may find that small talk costs you more than silence. You may feel like a stranger to people who once thought they knew you well. All of this is part of the recalibration.

I have read many essays by people describing their awakenings. Tears, breakdowns, breakthroughs, sudden changes in diet or lifestyle. Those happen. But in my case, the truth is quieter. I do not sit on the floor and cry. I live with a different rhythm. I carry the memory of annihilation while I shop for groceries. I carry the taste of higher resonance while I answer emails. That is the form my awakening takes; the integration of otherworldly experience into the most ordinary tasks.

If you have felt this yourself, you know it can be disorienting. You wake from eons in purgatory and go to work the next day. You rise from being reconstructed by advanced beings and find yourself brushing your teeth in the mirror. The contrast is absurd. Even as I write this, the experience versus reality is so massive, it is incomprehensible. It is also the point. Awakening is not escape. It is bringing the truths of higher states into the friction of daily life. If you can do that without losing your footing, you are awake enough.

The Mountain Crown

There is one being I have only encountered twice with certainty. Possibly three times in other forms. Each meeting left a mark I cannot erase. I call it the Mountain Crown. I have never seen its face. I have hovered near its forehead, but the features remained hidden. The head itself was vast, organic, moist, layered, as if mountains formed the ridges of a crown that circled its skull. I floated near it in space, small beyond measure, yet known by it.

Once I turned my back to it, and a voice that filled the whole field thundered, “Why do you deny me?” It was not English. It was not sound. It was recognition so total it echoed as words in my mind. That voice did not need language to strike. It was force shaped into tone. I still do not know if the being was source itself, a supreme ruler, or a self-proclaimed god. I only know it was power beyond anything else I have met. Facing it has never been permitted to me. Perhaps that is mercy. Perhaps that is strategy. I do not pretend to know. And if I am being honest, I still look back and wonder if it was a true God, the original creation born from source. From what I have seen, source unfolds at such speed and scale that each emergence can carry its own true expression of God. We like to merge the two ideas, source and God, but what I have witnessed suggests they are not the same.

These encounters remind me that even in higher states, there are ceilings. There are beings greater than gods as humans describe them. There are structures that hold gods within them. I have learned to trust my spark, to trust my role of balance and harmony, even when standing before a crown that spans mountains. Whether ally or adversary, the Mountain Crown is a teacher of scale. It reminds me that awe is not weakness. Awe is clarity about proportion.

Echoes and Reflections

After the most powerful journeys, I always search. Not for validation, but for resonance. I look through texts to see if any line, any phrase, any vision matches what I have lived. Too often it does. That is why I cannot dismiss scripture. The Bible, with its edits and omissions, still carries echoes. The banned books, like Enoch and the Apocryphon of John, carry even more. The Sumerian myths and the Kabbalistic diagrams also hum with familiarity. None of them are whole. All of them hold fragments.

This matters because it shows that what I have lived is not fantasy spun in private. It is part of a larger pattern. Humans have always glimpsed these truths and then fought over how to record them. Some groups canonized parts. Others suppressed parts. The result is a patchwork of echoes. My journeys give me the living thread that runs through them all. That thread confirms to me that the stories of annihilation, of sparks, of rulers, of reconstruction are not mine alone. They are part of how consciousness works at scale.

For readers who come from Judaism, Christianity, Islam, or any other tradition: I am not here to convert you. I am here to show that your texts hold pieces of a reality bigger than any one religion. Do not stop at the leaf and say you know the forest. Do not stop at the forest and say you know the sun. Keep moving. Keep asking. Keep pressing. The truth is not threatened by your questions. The rulers are threatened. That is why they punish. The source is not.

Perspective as Teaching

One of the most practical lessons I have brought back is about scale. In higher states, you can be the size of a particle or the size of a galaxy, or much bigger. You can expand and contract at will. Perspective is not fixed. It is choice. That means stress, fear, joy, memory, all of it, can be made larger or smaller by how you place yourself. If you can learn to do that here, in daily life, you gain power. Not power over others. Power over your own state.

When anxiety grows like a hurricane, shrink it. When joy arrives, let it fill a universe. When pain threatens to consume you, compress it to a speck you can hold. This is not denial. It is skill. I learned it in experiences where I was as big as creation and as small as dust in the same breath. You can practice it in traffic. You can practice it in silence. Perspective is one of the simplest gifts from higher work, and one of the most useful.

Closing

Why share this? Because writing is remembering. Because telling is teaching. Because silence, while safe, leaves others without the map I can draw. This entry is raw. It is personal. It is not comprehensive. There are parts I will never share. There are secrets I have been told not to reveal. But there is enough here to give shape to the unspeakable, and that is what matters now.

Sharing is also cause and effect. Someone may read this and decide to try psychedelics for the first time. Someone may read this and recognize their own spark. Someone may read this and dismiss it all as fantasy. Each response is a ripple. I do not control the ripples. I only control whether I release the stone. This is me releasing it.

If you are one of the few who have carried a storyline across many high-dose journeys, I want to hear from you. If you are someone who has only tasted glimpses, let those glimpses teach you. If you are someone who has never touched these substances, know that what I describe is not entertainment. It is work. Approach it with respect or not at all.

This is my diary. It is also my witness. It is Entry One. More will come, if I am given them. For now, this is enough.

WAKE UP! Shine Bright

P.S. I ended up putting this as a blog post on my KenshoElements.com site. This site is a kind of passion project for me. It is not a live shop yet. The site is work in progress. If you want to learn more, you can subscribe to be notified when live. Also, you may want to follow @KenshoElements on the usual social channels found in the footer.

P.P.S. As mentioned on my personal social post, this is likely a temporary post. Not all experiences are meant to be shared. As much as we may want to, some things are meant to remain only with the bearer, or seeker. That said, while it is up, and if you know someone who may benefit from this post, feel free to share with attribution.
